What we need: We need your Sequence Details and all 12 months of your Pay Sheet Details for the year. These contain your dates, city pairs and flight times necessary for the correct calculation of your per diem. Also the pay sheet details are needed to help clarify conflicting details in the schedule detail reports. You must by law substantiate "Time", "Date" and "Place" to use the CONUS and OCONUS rates for your meal and incidental expense calculation. Times are also needed to help calculate amounts properly.

It downloads quickly for newer computers but may have a longer download time for older computers but will definitely make the process easier! Just download the file and then close everything and look for it on your desktop. You can then click on it and follow the instructions. You won't need to copy and paste, it will do all of the work for you. We have made it easy for you!
