Read the instructions
below on how to get started! If you still have questions

1. Send us your flight data or
fill out our Pro Diem flight log
*To see what flight data we need
for your specific airline, click on the
Airlines
served tab at the top and
select your airline from our list.
*If you want to send us your flight
data/Microsoft Excel/Works Log electronically, register a Pro Diem
account and click on the tab
File Upload for
instructions on how to send your file electronically.
* If your airline requires you to fill
out a flight log and you do not have Microsoft Excel on your
computer, you can download
Open
Office so you can use our Excel log or you can register a Pro Diem account and select the tab
that says Log
and select Log Entry
from the drop down menu. Instructions for filling out the
online log are listed on that page.
* If you are mailing your flight data
to us, select the
Airlines Served
tab at the top and click on
your airline name from our list to receive instructions on
mailing your flight data to us.
*Please
note, make sure you send us your entire year of flight data.
We can only
enter what you send, so please make sure you send ALL of
your data. It can make a difference in your results.
2. Make
Payment
* If you are
submitting your flight data/Microsoft Excel Log or have
completed your online log you can make your payment to us by
selecting the tab, Payment
within your Pro Diem account.
*If
you are mailing your flight data to us, please include a
check for $59.00 with your information. You can also make
payment on our website by selecting the tab at the top that
says Make A Payment.
Please call our office and let us know you are paying online
but mailing your flight data so we can note your account.
3. Receive your Pro Diem Travel Expense Report via email or
mail.
*After you submit your flight
data/log and make payment, it takes 24 to 48 hours for
calculation and then we email the results back to you. If you do not
provide us an email address we will mail the results to you.
If you also provide your tax preparer's email address we
also email them a copy as well.
These are the steps to take to
utilize our service. We try to make it easy as possible for
you with a fast turnaround.
