Download  Flight Log:

Please check the Airlines Served page to see what is needed for your particular airline.

We hope you will try our online log, however, if you would prefer you may download our Excel  spreadsheet to you desktop for data entry:
If you do not have Microsoft Excel, you must use our online Log!  We no longer support Microsoft Works (.xlr), Lotus Works (.wks) or Quatro Pro (.qpw) file types because browsers do not support them for file uploads.

If you have already entered your data in this format you will not be able to upload it to our online system.  DO NOT USE THE ONLINE SYSTEM. You will need to attach it to an email to send to us.  Please call us for assistance regarding payment.   Please switch to our online log for future entries!

We request that you save your file as your last name and year (Ex. jones03.xlr).

As you can see from our sample below, the process is simple.  After you have downloaded the file, you just enter your information and follow instructions.  We recommend filling in your flight data as you go throughout the year rather trying to fill it in all at once at the end of the year!

When data has been entered and you are ready to send to us, LOGIN, update your profile and then choose UPLOAD FILE and follow instructions, then select PAYMENT to make your payment and be sent into our queue for processing.

 Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. Thank you.

***IMPORTANT***  Please refer to your specific airline on our "who we serve" page before downloading the log file.  Many airlines have a format that we can use, saving you from entering your data in the log form!  We are happy to help you with this by phone as well, please call 888-776-3436 for assistance.

Most people will not have a problem downloading ZIP files, however,  if you do we recommend the following.  If you are not able to open the zip file, it is probably because you do not have an unzip utility on your computer.  If you do not have an unzip utility on your computer or one built into your Internet access (i.e., AOL, CompuServe, etc., have them built in) we have attached a link to WinZip for your convenience.  We recommend downloading and using the free version of Win Zip's evaluation version by clicking on the link below.  It makes it easy to open files sent to you!

*** Be sure to check what type of spreadsheet program you have on your computer first and then download a version of the following program that is compatible with your software.

AMR PILOTS NO LONGER NEED TO FILL IN LOG FORM!  See exciting new news for American Airlines crewmembers by clicking here!   All of your flight data is available to you on your union website!

```
AMR FA's  - Because your company does not enable you to go back at the end of the year  and pull up a record of your flight information (ie. dates, city pairs, block out and in times for each leg),  we recommend saving your H2 calendars each month.  See specific data for AA by clicking here!  We encourage you to contact your union and ask them to allow the IT department to make the H2 Calendars or actual flight data  available to you online!  With all of the benefits being lost, it is a shame to see this tax write off being thrown away just because information that is easily available isn't being given to employees.
