Because your flight data is only available for about 3 months after you fly it be sure to pull it up and save/print it. Because it is easy to forget to do this we offer a free reminder service. We will email you at the beginning of each month to remind you to save your flight data Option 1. Fill in our Electronic Log. We have a great one available to you by logging in to your own secure account with us. If you have not registered an account with us online, it is a simple process! We do have more detailed instructions available on our data entry page once you log in.
Option 2. For those of you who prefer to keep your data in a file on your computer we offer a log for Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Works. Click on the button below and choose "save" when prompted. We recommend saving the file somewhere on your computer where you can find it again easily like your desktop. Please rename the file something unique to you; such as your last name and year You can submit it to us by logging into your account and using our streamlined submission and payment process. We hope you will try our online log first. It's features are light years ahead of our basic Excel file and will help prevent you from making data entry errors.
